Assistant Project Manager – Data Centre Fit Out – Amsterdam

We are currently partnering with a Fit-out contractor with proven success across Europe on Data Centre Projects, Roofing contracts and many more. With capabilities and expertise across the whole construction sector they are looking to expand their team with an Assistant Project Manager with fit out experience to join their team in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Responsibilities

•   Technical Support & Documentation
Support the Operations Manager and Project Managers with material specification reviews, technical submittals, and overall project documentation management.
•   Programme & Planning Assistance
Assist in developing, updating, and tracking detailed project schedules, identifying risks, clashes, and opportunities for optimisation.
•   Site Coordination
Coordinate daily site activities to ensure subcontractor performance, material deliveries, and installation works align with programme milestones and quality expectations.
•   Quality & Compliance Management
Maintain accurate project records, QA/QC documentation, permits, and reports, ensuring timely communication and approvals across all project stakeholders.
•   Engineering & Design Coordination
Work with engineering teams to resolve technical queries, support design coordination, and verify that all works meet data centre specifications and industry standards.

Requirements

Must have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably on fit out projects
Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
Must have EU Passport or RTW in the Netherlands

Benefits

€60,000 - €70,000 + Full Rotational Package
